How is my artwork packaged for shipping?
Each painting is meticulously wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, followed by a thick layer of protective bubble wrap, and secured inside a heavy-duty, custom-fit cardboard crate to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
Do you offer international delivery?
Yes, we ship Julie Dumbarton’s original works and prints worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
Are the paintings ready to hang?
All original canvas paintings come gallery-wrapped with finished edges and pre-installed hanging hardware, so you can display them on your wall immediately upon arrival.
What is your return policy for original art?
We want you to love your new artwork. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the piece within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it is returned in its original packaging and condition.
Can I commission a custom painting?

How do I care for my new painting?
To preserve the vibrant colors, avoid hanging your painting in direct sunlight or areas of high humidity. Dust lightly with a clean, dry microfiber cloth; never use cleaning chemicals or water on the canvas.
