Please ensure items are returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our studio via email within 14 days of receiving your artwork to request a Return Merchandise Authorization and provide your order details.
Prepare the Artwork
Carefully repackage the piece using the original protective materials, including all certificates of authenticity and documentation, to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to the Studio
Affix the provided return label or arrange for a tracked and insured courier service to deliver the package back to our gallery address.
Inspection and Refund
Once we receive and inspect the artwork to confirm it is in its original, undamaged state, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
